The neighborhood
Room to breathe. Close to the life you love.
Set above southwest Reno, ArrowCreek pairs high-desert scenery with gated access, neighborhood recreation and private golf. Custom estates, established residences and homesites offer different ways to make the Sierra foothills home.
Spend the morning on the course, head to The Summit for shopping, or follow Mt. Rose Highway toward mountain recreation and Lake Tahoe. Crystal can help you compare streets, views, homes and building opportunities.
Life behind the gates
Two ways to enjoy ArrowCreek.
Your neighborhood amenities
The HOA Residents’ Center brings together swimming, a hot tub, fitness, tennis, pickleball, bocce and basketball. Play areas and gathering spaces complement the community’s open space and walking routes. Access and reservations follow HOA rules.
Legend and Challenge are the Club’s two private championship courses. Membership offerings span golf, practice facilities, dining, fitness and pool recreation; access depends on the membership selected. The Club is separate from the HOA—confirm initiation fees, dues and privileges directly.
Ask Crystal about available land, newly built homes and custom-build options. Review slope, views, site access, utility connections and project costs before choosing a lot. Availability is confirmed individually.
Start with the HOA architectural guidelines and new-construction application. Confirm parcel jurisdiction and permit requirements with the responsible agency; HOA approval and government permits are separate.
Read current restrictions, architectural standards and rules before committing. Request the property’s resale package for current assessments, reserves, any special assessments and applicable neighborhood obligations.
Governing documents
The HOA document hub provides CC&Rs, bylaws, rules, design guidelines, fee schedules and construction forms.
Reach the mountain via the Mt. Rose Highway corridor for skiing and snowboarding. Buy tickets through the resort for date-specific availability and rates. Check operating status and winter road conditions before leaving.
Explore forest trails, picnic areas and visitor-center programs. Seasonal activities include hiking and snowshoeing; check park conditions and program schedules.
Nearby trailheads connect to foothill and forest routes, including Dry Pond. Choose a route for your ability and check current closures, weather and permitted uses.
The Summit—listed today as Shayden Summit—is a nearby South Reno destination for open-air shopping, dining and movies along the South Virginia Street / Mt. Rose Highway corridor.

Education
Schools in the 89511 area.
Nearby public options to investigate include Hunsberger Elementary, Marce Herz Middle and Galena High. School assignments are address-specific; the 89511 ZIP code alone does not establish enrollment eligibility.
Public schools
Use the Washoe County School District school-search tool to confirm the assigned schools for a particular home, then contact the school about enrollment.
Confirm membership separately with The Club at ArrowCreek. Homeownership and HOA amenity access should not be treated as proof of golf privileges.
Can Crystal help with new construction?
Yes. Contact Crystal to discuss homesites, new homes and introductions for your project. Ask for the current inventory and parcel-specific construction requirements.
Where do I find current HOA dues?
Request the current resale package and assessment information through HOA management. Crystal can help you obtain documents for a home you are considering.
